The short answer

Yes. Yuma men can get TRT from AZTRT without driving to a clinic. Visits are live video with an Arizona-licensed provider, your blood is drawn at a Sonora Quest or Labcorp in Yuma, and medication ships to your door. It's $149 a month in 90-day terms, with your initial lab panel included.

Specialty care without the drive to Phoenix

Yuma sits in the far southwest corner of Arizona, where the state meets California and Mexico. For a lot of specialty care, the default has been a drive east on I-8 to Phoenix or Tucson. That’s a full day each way for one appointment, and TRT needs follow-ups.

AZTRT is telehealth only. Your consult and follow-ups are live video with Lauren Orta, FNP-C, Arizona APRN-RNP license #261957. Your one in-person stop is the lab. Sonora Quest lists two Yuma sites on its October 2026 list1: one on S. Ridgeview Dr. near the hospital, and a by-appointment site in the Foothills.

Nothing is prescribed until your provider has read your bloodwork: total and free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol, CBC, CMP and PSA.

Where You Get Drawn

Labs In Yuma

Your provider sends the order to whichever site works for you. These are the Yuma-area locations listed by Sonora Quest (October 2026)1 and Labcorp.

Go early, fasted. Guidelines call for a fasting, early-morning testosterone2, because levels fall through the day. A late-afternoon draw can read noticeably lower than a morning one3. Book a slot online with Sonora Quest; its in-Safeway sites are by appointment only1. Hours change, so check before you go.

The Ridgeview Dr. site opens at 6 a.m. on weekdays, so you can be drawn before work. The Foothills Sonora Quest site is by appointment only, so book online before you go.

Yuma-specific things worth knowing

You need to be in Arizona for each visit. Plenty of Yuma men work, shop or have family across the line in California or Mexico. Your provider is licensed in Arizona, so you need to be physically in Arizona at the time of each video visit, and medication ships only to an Arizona address. Plan visits for when you’re on this side of the line.

Winter visitors. AZTRT treats Arizona residents only. If you spend the winter in Yuma but live in another state, you’ll need care from a provider licensed where you live.

Military and jobs that test. Between MCAS Yuma, Yuma Proving Ground and the Border Patrol, a lot of Yuma men work under testing or fitness-for-duty rules. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance4. Tell your provider before you start, and check your employer’s or command’s rules. Read does TRT show up on a drug test.

Early shifts. Field and packing work in the winter vegetable season often starts before dawn. The Ridgeview Dr. site opens at 6 a.m.1 Testosterone levels swing through the day3, so if you work nights, tell your provider your sleep schedule and she’ll time your draw.

Heat, hydration and your shipment. Yuma summers are hot even by Arizona standards. Dehydration can push hematocrit up on a lab report, and testosterone raises it too5. Drink water before a summer draw. Testosterone cypionate is labeled for storage at 20 to 25°C (68 to 77°F)4, so ship to work or time delivery for when someone’s home. See does testosterone go bad in Arizona heat.

Fertility. TRT lowers sperm production6. Say so at the consult if it matters. Enclomiphene vs. TRT explains the alternative.
