Six treatments. One flat price. Arizona-licensed providers.
AZTRT offers six physician-guided treatments to Arizona men, entirely by telehealth: testosterone replacement therapy, enclomiphene, HCG, tirzepatide, tadalafil and sermorelin. Testosterone replacement therapy is $149 per month, covering provider visits, ongoing monitoring and medication shipped to your door. The other five treatments are priced individually. Every plan starts the same way: a free video consult with a provider licensed in Arizona, then enrolment, then we order your labs — lab work is included for new patients. Your provider decides whether treatment is clinically appropriate once the results are back. Treatment is available only to Arizona residents.

HCG and tirzepatide are billed by the vial, not by the month, because how long a vial lasts depends on the dose your provider sets. An HCG vial typically lasts three to four months, which works out to roughly $92–$123 a month. A tirzepatide vial is closer to a month at higher doses and can stretch to around two and a half months once you're on a maintenance dose. Your provider will tell you what your own monthly cost works out to before you start.

The prescribing decision comes after your labs, not at the consult. A provider can and will decline treatment if your results don't support it.
Our providers are licensed in Arizona, which sets some firm boundaries. Better you know them now than after you've filled in a form.
Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance. Federal telemedicine rules require a live two-way audio-video appointment to establish care before it can be prescribed — audio-only isn't permitted for testosterone. Any clinic promising a script from a form alone is not describing a process that meets the standard of care.
The same goes for bloodwork. American Urological Association guidance calls for two separate early-morning fasting total testosterone measurements before a diagnosis of testosterone deficiency is made, alongside baseline safety labs. We follow that. It's slower than "instant" — it's also the reason treatment works and stays safe.
