Hey, I'm Dr Ashley Froese DO!
Dr Froese and her husband are from a small town in Eastern Oregon. She attended Oregon State University where she earned a B.S. in Nutrition Science. She then attended medical school in Harrogate, TN and a family medicine residency in Tuscaloosa, AL. She has a husband, Bryce (firefighter/paramedic/engineer), and two young boys, Parker and Connor. Outside the clinic, you can find her at CrossFit Incite, watching her boys play flag football, or spending time with friends and family.
Dr. Froese has spent over 5 years in the direct primary care space, she has a wide knowledge of how to navigate healthcare without insurance. She is passionate about putting relationships at the center of her care. Trust that you will feel valued as a patient of hers.

Hey, I'm Kara!
I obtained my FNP as a desire to have a greater impact on healthcare. I obtained excellent skill in patient care and team work. I have a demonstrated ability in caring for patients on all levels of nursing care ranging from physical to psychosocial nursing care. I have a passion for helping others, especially in the time of need. I enjoy working in a fast paced environment and am an excellent team player. I have different areas that I enjoy practicing such as Family practice, hormone optimization, Injecting in the aesthetics field, as well as Palliative and Hospice care. I have been in Aesthetics for 4 years alongside family care, palliative/hospice case management, and Graduate school. Now that I have become an NP, I am excited for the future with the continuation of improvement from the knowledge I have gained, and anxious to continue my daily knowledge building from others that enjoy sharing their knowledge in the field as well.
