Most hormone clinics will not publish a price. You fill in a form, you get a call, and the number arrives after someone has decided what you will pay. We would rather you knew before you spoke to anyone.

The one thing billed separately is any follow-up lab draw your provider orders after your initial panel. She tells you before she orders it.
The 90-day term, and why it exists
Testosterone is assessed in 90-day blocks. Levels take roughly eight to twelve weeks to stabilise on a new protocol, and week eight is when your provider rechecks your labs and decides whether the dose is right. A shorter plan would end before anyone could honestly tell you whether it worked.

Common questions
Is there a consult fee?
No. The initial video consult is free whether or not you start treatment.
What if my provider says I should not start?
Nothing ships and you are refunded in full. Paying does not buy a prescription — it starts a clinical process.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your patient account, by email or by phone. It takes effect at the end of your current 90-day term and stops all future billing.
Do you take insurance?
No. Cash-pay only, which is also why the price is the price and there is no surprise billing.
Does the price change after the first 90 days?
No. $149 a month continues at the same rate.
Can I use an HSA or FSA card?
Most patients can. Eligibility depends on your plan administrator, so check with them first.
